Do you have gift certificates?
Yes, and gift cards are a wonderful way to show affection or gratitude. Sevid Beauty gift cards can be ordered online, by phone, or in person. Gift certificates are not refundable in cash. All Sevid Beauty spa services and products are eligible for gift certificate transfers and credit.
What time should I come for my appointment?
We ask that show up 10 minutes ahead of schedule for your booked service since you might be needed to complete some paperwork. In the event that you show up after the expected time, your therapy might be abbreviated to accommodate the next scheduled appointment.
what’s your pricing policy?

What’s the difference between Swedish & deep tissue massage?
Swedish massage is a sensual massage technique that improves muscle tone, circulation, and joint flexibility by employing long fluid strokes with variable pressure. A Swedish massage is less intense than a deep tissue massage. Our deep tissue massage, which is a combination of Swedish and structural massage, reduces aches and pains that are held in the deepest sections of the muscles. What should I wear for a spa treatment?
We put your comfort first. We suggest wearing loose-fitting, comfortable clothing or whatever makes you feel most at ease. Because you will be requested to remove your jewelry, we recommend that you leave it at home so that you do not forget it.
What if I’m for my appointment late?
We understand that unexpected events might occur, but arriving late will simply shorten the time allotted for your treatment, reducing its effectiveness and enjoyment. Your treatment will be completed on time so that the next visitor is not inconvenienced. You will be charged the full cost of your therapy. Your time at the spa is your time, and you should make the most of it.
what if I have to cancel my appointment?
If you need to cancel a treatment, please give us 24 hours’ notice. No-shows and cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged.
Is it safe to get a massage after a workout?
Yes, it is an excellent time for a massage. Give your aching muscles the attention they require.
what should I do if I’ve never had a massage, facial or nail treatment before?
You have nothing to be concerned about. From start to finish, our experts will lead you through the treatment, describing what you’ll be experiencing along the way.
What’s the cell phone policy?
We politely request that you silence your cell phone upon arriving at the spa and refrain from receiving phone calls while in the spa to guarantee a serene and soothing experience for all of our customers. Please treat your phone with respect.
what if I have medical & health conditions?
Fever, pregnancy, muscle or joint injuries, diabetes, heart disease, high/low blood pressure, contagious skin condition, or any other medical condition should be discussed with your therapist.
How will my skin look right after a facial?
You’ll walk out with a healthy shine on your face. However, because most facials include extractions, some redness is possible.
