Cancellation Policy – As a courtesy to our customers at Sevid Medspa PLLC, please provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

You will be charged a $50 cancellation fee, as per company policy if an appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, any no-show is subject to an additional $50 charge in addition to the cancellation fee.

Because appointments fill up quickly, we suggest you schedule your next appointment before you leave.
